This application ("Personal Workspace MCP") is a private, internal integration built and used solely by Andrew Merritt to connect Google Workspace data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets) across his own personal and business Google accounts to an AI assistant for his own personal productivity use.
This app is not distributed publicly and has no external users. It is authorized only against a small, fixed set of Google accounts owned and controlled by the developer.
With explicit authorization from each connected Google account, this app may access Gmail messages, Calendar events, and Drive/Docs/Sheets content belonging to that account, in order to read, summarize, draft, and manage that content on the account owner's behalf.
Data and authorization credentials are stored on a private server controlled by the developer and are used only to fulfill requests made by the developer through the connected AI assistant. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Authorization can be revoked at any time via each Google account's "Third-party apps & services" settings, which immediately stops further access. Locally stored credentials are deleted upon request.
