For agents

You didn’t get your license to do data entry.

The showings, the negotiating, the read on a seller — nobody can do that part for you. Everything between those moments is software’s job, and right now it’s yours.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. You get the map either way.

Where the time goes

Three things eating your week.

01

The follow-up you meant to send four days ago, to the lead who has already called someone else.

02

Listing prep: the same property facts retyped into the MLS, the flyer, the social post and the email, four times, by you.

03

Deadlines you are tracking in your head because the CRM’s reminders stopped being trustworthy a year ago.

A deadline board that is actually true

Inspection, financing, appraisal, close — pulled from the contract, not retyped, and loud before they’re late.

Proof it isn’t a slide deck

I built these for my own real estate business first.

That’s why I know they hold up — and it’s how yours gets built too.

How it works

No 40-page proposal.

01

A 30-minute call

We walk through your week and find where the time actually goes. Free, and you get the map either way.

02

One thing, shipped

We pick the highest-leverage piece and I build it. You are using something real in weeks, not quarters.

03

Build out from there

Once it is earning its keep, we add the next piece. You own what gets built — no hostage software.

Questions people ask

What does this cost?

It depends entirely on what we build, and I will not know until after the call. Most engagements start with a fixed price for the first piece, so you are not signing up for an open meter. From there it is up to you — plenty of people keep me on to maintain and extend what is running.

How long until I am actually using something?

Weeks, not quarters. The first build is deliberately scoped to one workflow so it can land while you still remember asking for it.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. The code is yours, it runs on your accounts, and you can hand it to another developer whenever you want. No hostage software.

I already have a CRM. Does this replace it?

Usually not. Most of what I build sits alongside the tools you already pay for and fills the gap they left — the part you are currently doing by hand in a spreadsheet.

Will this replace my MLS or my brokerage’s CRM?

No. It sits on top of them and does the part they leave to you — the retyping and the chasing.

Let’s find what to automate first.

Tell me what’s eating your week. I’ll send back a custom report on what could actually come off your desk — before we ever get on a call.
