What this is
Not a course. Not a webinar.
It's a working group. Everyone shows up with something they're trying to figure out, and we figure it out together. Small enough that you actually get airtime.
What we cover
Which AI tools are worth paying for. What people are actually building with them. Prompting that works. Where automation breaks.
How it runs
One hour, same time every week, online. Recorded if you miss it. Ten people max so there's room for real questions.
Who it's for
Agents, brokers, and small-business owners who run the thing themselves. Beginners welcome — groups are sorted by experience.
A typical hour
Here's what an hour looks like.
What's new that actually matters
Ten minutes. The releases and updates worth your attention, filtered from the noise. No hype cycle.
One tool or workflow, in depth
Screen-shared and built live — a real workflow from a real business, start to finish. You leave knowing how it was made, not just that it exists.
Your questions, on the table
Bring the thing that's stuck. We'll work it through as a group — usually someone has already solved it.
One thing to try this week
Everyone leaves with a single concrete thing to go implement. We check in on it next week.
Membership
Month to month. Cancel anytime, no contract. Roughly the cost of one hour of consulting — for four hours of it, every month.

Questions people ask
Do I need to be technical?
No. Half the value is figuring out which problems are worth solving, and that's not a technical question. Groups are sorted by experience level so nobody's lost or bored.
Is this only for real estate people?
That's most of who's in it. But the workflows are the same for anyone running a small operation on spreadsheets and follow-up, so a few members come from outside real estate.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded and you get notes. But the live hour is where the value is — show up when you can.
Is this a sales pitch for your consulting?
No. If something in the group turns into work you'd rather hand off, we can talk. But the hour is the product, not a funnel.
