For brokerages
You didn’t build a brokerage to chase paperwork.
You can see your agents’ production. You can’t see which of their files is three days from falling apart. That’s the number that costs you.
30 minutes. No pitch deck. You get the map either way.
Where the time goes
Three things eating your week.
Compliance is a folder audit at month end instead of a status you can look at right now.
Every agent tracks their transactions a different way, so the brokerage view is whatever you can assemble by asking.
Onboarding a new agent means rebuilding the same setup by hand, again.
What I build
What I can build for you.
A roster view with the truth on it
Every agent, every live file, every missing document — one screen, current, no one asked to update anything.
Exception alerts, not reports
You hear about the file that is slipping, when it starts slipping. The other forty stay quiet.

Onboarding that runs itself
A new agent’s accounts, templates, folders and checklists stood up from one form.
Proof it isn’t a slide deck
I built these for my own real estate business first.
That’s why I know they hold up — and it’s how yours gets built too.

A 30-minute call
We walk through your week and find where the time actually goes. Free, and you get the map either way.
One thing, shipped
We pick the highest-leverage piece and I build it. You are using something real in weeks, not quarters.
Build out from there
Once it is earning its keep, we add the next piece. You own what gets built — no hostage software.
Questions people ask
What does this cost?
It depends entirely on what we build, and I will not know until after the call. Most engagements start with a fixed price for the first piece, so you are not signing up for an open meter. From there it is up to you — plenty of people keep me on to maintain and extend what is running.
How long until I am actually using something?
Weeks, not quarters. The first build is deliberately scoped to one workflow so it can land while you still remember asking for it.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The code is yours, it runs on your accounts, and you can hand it to another developer whenever you want. No hostage software.
I already have a CRM. Does this replace it?
Usually not. Most of what I build sits alongside the tools you already pay for and fills the gap they left — the part you are currently doing by hand in a spreadsheet.
Do my agents have to change how they work?
As little as possible. Most of what I build reads from what they already do; the ones that need input are the ones replacing a spreadsheet they hated anyway.
Let’s find what to automate first.
Tell me what’s eating your week. I’ll send back a custom report on what could actually come off your desk — before we ever get on a call.
